Ballroom (Non-Auction/Wedding)

First four hours (1 hour set-up): $50.00
Per hour after first four hours: $5.00

Conference Room Only (Non-Auction/Wedding)
First four hours (1 hour set-up): $30.00
Per hour after first four hours: $5.00

Ballroom and Conference Room (Non-Auction/Wedding)
First four hours (1 hour set-up): $65.00
Per hour after first four hours: $5.00

Auction or Wedding
3-day Use: $150.00
Additional Day or Partial Day: $50.00

All-day Rental
8:00 a.m. to 12 midnight: $100.00

Damage Deposit (separate check)
10 & Under B-day or Conference Room Only: $25.00
All other Deposits w/out alcohol: $100.00
Auctions or parties w/alcohol: $200.00

Additional Fees
Early set-up: $25.00
Late clean-up: $25.00

Fees/Deposits

Two (2) separate checks are required:

  • one check for rental fees
  • one check for damage deposit

Community Center General Rules

  • Hall and kitchen must be left in clean condition. After checklist is gone over by a board member, the deposit will be returned.
  • Tables and chairs are to be returned to original setup.
  • Trash and garbage are to be put in available containers.
  • No smoking or tobacco chewing is allowed inside the building.
  • No gambling.
  • No roller skating allowed.
  • No material or merchandise (e.g., auctions) may remain inside or outside on the premises after designated period of rental.
  • Alcohol: There is no alcohol permitted in or on the premises without a special permit. Renter violating this rule will loose deposit and be required to vacate the premises immediately.
  • When hanging decorations from the ceiling, hang ONLY from existing ceiling hooks.
  • DO NOT tamper with building structure (lights, sign, fans, cabinets, etc.)
