New Strawn City Wide Cleanup
CITY LIMITS ONLY
PICK UP STARTS OCTOBER 10
All items should be set out no EARLIER than Saturday, October 8th and no LATER than 9am, October 12th.
LARGE ITEM PICKUP
Items must be separated and placed parallel to the curb in 3 piles. If not separated it will not be picked up!
- Clean wood with no nails or screws, boards, particle board, treated lumber, furniture & mattresses
- Plastic materials
- Appliances and metals
NO BAGGED TRASH WILL BE PICKED UP
All items must be easily accessible from the street with a front-end loader.
DO NOT place items under guy wires.
WE WILL NOT PICK UP
Tires, bagged garbage, batteries, household hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, asbestos or demolition items.
HAUL IT YOURSELF OR HAVE ITEMS WE WON’T PICK UP?
FREE LANDFILL October 10th – 15th.
