Trout were stocked in New Strawn City Lake in January. City fishing permits with a trout stamp (which is required through May 1) can be purchased at City Hall, Casey’s, or Coffey County Honda. You MUST have a city permit as well as a Kansas State fishing license to fish in the City’s lake.
